The strategic plan has been developed, targets have been set, memoranda of understanding have been signed with strategic partners, and communication plans have been developed and executed with strategic partners.
A project to establish four initiatives specialized in fashion and perfumes. The project is in the planning phase, with a launch date set for mid-2024.

Maarf Festival
Scope of Work: The entity responsible for organizing the festival, under the supervision of the Neighborhood Centers Association.
Held in Jeddah in January 2018 over a period of 10 days, the event encompassed three main pillars: supporting women's roles, promoting children's involvement in sports, and providing assistance to the families of martyrs and orphans. The festival witnessed the participation of strategic partners and diverse contributors. Media coverage exceeded 2 million views across various platforms. More than 8,000 visitors attended, along with over 8 strategic partners and 80 participants.
